Definitions and Interpretation

“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the person who places an order on the Store.
“Product(s)” refers to the goods we offer for sale on the Store.
“Order” means your accepted purchase of Products from us according to these Terms.
“Writing” or “written” includes e-mail unless otherwise specified.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason (e.g. product out of stock, incorrect pricing, fraud concerns).
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not acceptance your order is accepted when we dispatch the Product(s) to you (or notify you of pickup, if relevant).
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatching the Product(s). If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched. We will attempt to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee. If cancellation is successful, we will refund you.

After dispatch, ownership and risk of the Product typically pass to you (unless otherwise provided) meaning you bear risk of loss or damage during transit.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated delivery times, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
If an item is damaged on arrival, you must notify us in writing (with photographic evidence) within (e.g. 48 hours) of delivery.
In the event of non-delivery or damage, we will evaluate and arrange repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion, subject to verification.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised version on the Store and update the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Store or placing orders after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
