Refund Policy

We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

We accept returns on eligible products within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery (choose one depending on your business policy).

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
  
• Be in its original packaging
  
• Include proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)
  

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, or consumables)
  
• Personal care items
  
• Gift cards or downloadable products
  

If you’re unsure about your product’s eligibility, please contact us before returning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.

We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
   
2. Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   
3. Contact your bank. There’s often a processing time before a refund is visible.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at briodose@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
